Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct end-to-end compliance audits across departments and vendor relationships.
- Review vendor onboarding documents for completeness, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
- Perform authenticity verification of vendor-submitted documents and credentials.
- Identify, assess, and flag legal and compliance risks in vendor and business processes.
- Support corporate compliance initiatives, policy implementation, and risk mitigation frameworks.
- Maintain audit trails and documentation for due diligence and compliance reviews.
- Collaborate with legal, procurement, and risk teams to close compliance gaps.
- Stay updated on relevant regulatory requirements affecting vendor and corporate compliance.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong background in corporate compliance and risk assessment.
- Hands-on experience with vendor due diligence and onboarding document review.
- Proven ability in authenticity verification of documents.
- Sharp eye for identifying legal and compliance red flags.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Law (LLB/LLM) preferred.
