Work Schedule

• 9 working hours per day
• 6 working days per week
• Weekly off on a rotational basis
• Candidates should be comfortable working weekends and retail shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a great customer experience
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
• Achieve individual and store sales targets
• Support visual merchandising and store presentation
• Manage stock replenishment and store operations
• Maintain store standards in line with PUMA guidelines
• Assist customers throughout their shopping journey

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 1-5 years of experience in Retail, Customer Service, Apparel, Footwear, Fashion or Sportswear environments
• Customer-centric attitude with passion for sales
• Energetic, proactive and willing to learn
• Interest in sports and active lifestyle will be an added advantage
