Retail Planner

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain accurate demand plans to ensure optimal inventory levels, minimizing stockouts and overstocking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to inform assortment planning decisions.
• Optimize product offerings across multiple channels (e.g., online, in-store) to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
• Analyze performance metrics such as fill rates, turnover rates, and gross margin to identify areas for improvement in the retail planning process.

Job Requirements :

• 5-12 years of experience in fashion retail or related field with expertise in demand planning, allocation, OTB (Open-to-Buy), and inventory management.
• Strong understanding of fashion retail industry dynamics including seasonality, trends, and consumer behavior.
• Proficiency in using software tools for demand forecasting (e.g., SAP APO) and inventory optimization (e.g., Inventory Optimization).
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred.
