Job Requirements

Proven experience in retail management with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the capacity to handle pressure and make sound judgments.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software is an advantage.
