Retail Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Retail Operations: Experience in retail operations or inventory management, preferably in apparel or fashion retail.
• Coordination: Ability to coordinate effectively with contractors and vendors.
• Work Environment: Capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced, high-footfall retail environment.
• Merchandising: Basic understanding of visual merchandising, stock flow, and replenishment.
• Stock Management: Monitor slow-moving and seasonal apparel items and support stock optimization.
• Inventory Control: Ensure availability of retail merchandise across all counters without any shortfall.
• Forecasting: Analyze past sales trends to anticipate future product needs and prepare daily and monthly forecasts.
• Leadership: Handle duty allocation and manpower management effectively.

Preferred candidate profile

Background: 2-3 years of experience in retail operations or inventory management.

• Education: Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
