Job Description

MANAGEMENT TRAINEE

1. To effectively manage the sales, operations, marketing & administration of the Showroom &
2. understand sales, profitability and other business targets and the achievement methodology.
3. Understand the sales data analysis process of the showroom.
4. Suggest sales efficiency, quality improvements and cost optimization bench marking leading practices.
5. Maintain the stock level and its replenishment as per the sales and customer preferences.
6. Interact with customers and understand their requirements, buying patterns and ensure that they are served as per the Brand Promise.
7. Understand the company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
8. Suggest measures for cost savings through implementation of process
9. understand sales, product, customer purchase behavior, market trend.
