Job Description
We are hiring an experienced Restaurant Captain for a reputed restaurant group in Oman.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the Hotel, restaurant, or Hospitality industry and should have good knowledge of restaurant operations, customer service and team supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant service operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Lead and coordinate restaurant service staff during shifts.
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Take and coordinate customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service team to ensure timely food delivery.
- Handle guest queries, requests and service-related complaints professionally.
- Monitor table setup, cleanliness and overall restaurant presentation.
- Ensure staff follow hygiene, safety and service standards.
- Allocate duties to service staff and monitor their performance.
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in maintaining smooth day-to-day operations.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in Hotels, restaurants, or the Hospitality industry.
- Candidates with experience as Restaurant Captain, F&B Captain, Restaurant Supervisor or similar roles are preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and guest-handling skills.
- Ability to manage and supervise a team.
- Knowledge of restaurant service procedures and standards.
- Candidates willing to work in Oman.
- Immediate joiners/candidates available for immediate departure are preferred.
