FUNCTIONAL AREA
Experience: experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
Education: Bachelor s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to handle stressful situations and make quick decisions.
Knowledge: Understanding of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house processes. Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
