Restaurant General Manager

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage overall restaurant operations and team performance.
• Drive sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs.
• Recruit, train, and develop restaurant team members.
• Manage inventory, cost control, and daily operations.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduate with 38 years of experience in QSR/Restaurant operations.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as Restaurant General Manager/Restaurant Manager/Assistant Restaurant Manager.
• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Ability to achieve sales and operational targets.
• Willing to relocate and work in rotational shifts.
