• Manage overall restaurant operations and ensure smooth business functioning.

• Lead, train, and develop the restaurant team.
• Ensure food quality, hygiene, safety, and brand standards.
• Monitor inventory, cost control, and operational efficiency.
• Handle customer feedback and ensure excellent service experience.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in QSR/Food & Beverage/Retail operations preferred.
• Prior experience as Restaurant Manager/RGM/Store Manager preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-handling skills.
• Good understanding of sales, operations, and customer service.
• Ability to manage a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Flexible to work in rotational shifts.
