Job Summary

As a Responsible AI Tech Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the integration of artificial intelligence technologies with a strong emphasis on ethical standards and responsibility. This role requires guiding teams to design and implement AI solutions that comply with regulatory frameworks and ethical guidelines. The position includes fostering collaboration across various departments to ensure AI initiatives align with organizational values and societal expectations. Leadership and advocacy for responsible AI practices are central to daily activities, ensuring that AI deployments are both innovative and conscientious.

This role is responsible for ensuring the ethical and responsible use of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies. You will design and deploy Responsible AI solutions; align AI projects with ethical principles and regulatory requirements. You will provide leadership, foster cross-functional collaboration, and advocate for ethical AI adoption.

Requirements

Professional & Technical Skills

• Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Strong knowledge of AI ethics and regulatory compliance related to artificial intelligence technologies.
• Experience in designing and deploying AI solutions with a focus on responsibility and transparency.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage collaborative projects effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a strategic approach to addressing AI-related challenges.

Experience & Education

• Minimum 12 years of overall experience is required.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Educational Qualification: 15 years full time education.
