Resort Manager / General Manager

Leisure Hotels Ltd is looking for Resort Manager / General Manager - Kumaon Region, Uttarakhand to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

• Guest Services: Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by providing top-notch customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns, and resolving issues promptly
• Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise resort staff, including front desk personnel, housekeeping, food and beverage services, and maintenance teams
• Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, including front desk procedures, room reservations, housekeeping, maintenance, and food services
• Financial Management: Manage the resort's budget, monitor revenue and expenses, and implement cost-effective strategies to maximize profitability
• Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract guests, increase occupancy rates, and boost sales, including online and offline marketing efforts
• Quality Control: Ensure the resort maintains high-quality standards in terms of cleanliness, amenities, and services, conducting regular inspections and quality assessments
• Event Planning: Coordinate and host events, conferences, weddings, and other special occasions, offering event planning services to guests
• Safety and Security: Implement and enforce safety and security protocols to protect guests and staff
