Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Residential Mentor to guide and support students within our campus. The mentor will be responsible for student management, academic coordination, and ensuring a structured and organized learning environment. This is a residential role, requiring the candidate to stay in the school hostel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Student Management & Documentation:
- Maintain and update student records, academic progress reports, and essential documents.
- Assist students with administrative and academic requirements.
- Class Coordination & Student Supervision:
- Ensure smooth scheduling and management of classes.
- Monitor student attendance, discipline, and overall well-being.
- Provide mentorship and support to students, fostering a positive learning environment.
- Faculty Coordination & Academic Support:
- Coordinate with faculty members regarding syllabus coverage, class schedules, and student performance.
- Assist in organizing academic programs, assignments, and study schedules.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Must have a Graduation with Science Background.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage students and create a disciplined yet friendly atmosphere.
- Experience in student mentoring, hostel management, or academic coordination is a plus.
