Resident Spa Therapist

We are looking for a skilled Resident Spa Therapist to join our team at Fern Hotel in Himachal Pradesh. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience and be able to provide excellent spa therapy services.

Roles and Responsibility

• Provide high-quality spa therapy treatments to guests.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for all spa activities.
• Develop and implement new spa treatment menus and techniques.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Ensure all spa treatments meet company standards and policies.
• Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in spa therapy or related field.
• Strong knowledge of spa therapies, including massage, facials, and body treatments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality.
• Familiarity with management principles and practices is an added advantage.
