• As a Resident in Multispecialty, you will be a part of a dynamic medical team, undergoing comprehensive training across various medical specialties
• This role involves rotations through different departments, providing exposure to a wide range of medical conditions and patient populations

Key Responsibilities:

• Clinical Rotations:Participate in rotations through different medical specialties, such as Internal Medicine, Surgery, Pediatrics, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, etc
• Acquire hands-on experience in patient care, diagnostics, and treatment modalities
• Patient Care:Assess and manage patients under the supervision of attending physicians across multiple specialties
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive and patient-centered care
• Training and Education:Attend educational sessions, rounds, and conferences to enhance medical knowledge and skills
• Engage in continuous learning and stay updated on advancements in various medical fields
• Procedural Skills:Gain exposure to and proficiency in various medical procedures relevant to different specialties
• Participate in and assist with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
• Research and Scholarly Activities:Participate in research projects and scholarly activities within the multispecialty program
• Contribute to case presentations, journal clubs, and other academic forums
• Collaboration with Specialties:Collaborate with specialists from different departments to understand interdisciplinary approaches to patient care
• Contribute to multidisciplinary discussions and treatment planning
• Documentation:Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and procedural documentation
• Ensure compliance with documentation protocols
• Quality Improvement:Participate in quality improvement initiatives across various specialties
• Contribute to the development and implementation of patient safety protocols
