Job Description
Job Title: Resident Engineer / Resident Construction Manager / Site-in-Charge
NOTE : IMMEDIATE JOINERS ARE REQUIRED OR MORE PREFERRED
Qualification & Experience:
- B.E. / B.Tech (Civil Engineering) with minimum 15 years of experience in construction of Government buildings.
- Diploma (Civil Engineering) with minimum 10 years of experience in Government building construction.
- Mandatory experience in CPWD (Central Public Works Department) building construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overall supervision, monitoring, and management of site execution activities.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to CPWD specifications, drawings, and contract conditions.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors for smooth project execution.
- Preparation and submission of daily site progress reports (DLR reports).
- Execution of works as per Delhi Schedule of Rates (DSR) and other applicable standards.
- Handle client billing, measurement, verification, and certification of work.
- Manage manpower, materials, and resources efficiently.
- Ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Maintain safety standards and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Report directly to the Director regarding progress, challenges, and solutions.
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of CPWD and Government building construction projects.
- Expertise in DSR (Delhi Schedule of Rates) and client billing.
- Proficiency in preparation of reports, documentation, and client coordination.
- Leadership skills for managing teams at site level.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Location: Pune / Pan India (as per project requirements)
