Job Description

  • Conduct thorough research on various aspects of biodiversity in Ladakh.
  • Develop and implement effective conservation strategies to protect and preserve the region's natural resources.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve research goals and objectives.
  • Analyze data and prepare reports on research findings and recommendations.
  • Participate in fieldwork and collect samples as required.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases of research activities.
Job Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field such as biology, ecology, or environmental science.
  • At least 2 years of experience in research or conservation, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of biodiversity monitoring and conservation principles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
