Job Description
- Develop and implement innovative therapeutic strategies using mechanistic approaches to understand fundamental biological processes.
- Design and execute experiments to evaluate novel therapies in cellular environments using techniques such as flow cytometry and fluorescence microscopy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research findings into clinical trials and beyond.
- Conduct thorough analysis of experimental data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in cancer immunology and related fields to inform therapeutic strategies.
- Contribute to the development of new methodologies and technologies to enhance research efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Strong background in cellular techniques related to immunology and/or antibodies, including flow cytometry and fluorescence microscopy.
- Experience with mouse disease models is desirable.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to design and execute experiments independently, with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with IT skills and software applications relevant to research.
- A PhD or equivalent scientific knowledge in the areas described above is required.
- Relevant academic qualifications and work experience are essential.

The position is initially for two years, with availability of funds for a period beyond the two-year timeframe anticipated.
