Lead R&D industrial & decorative coating by developing innovative formulation, driving commercialization, optimizing cost, managing scaleup, ensuring regulatory compliance, collaborating with suppliers,& mentoring R&D team.compliance- REACH RoHS, VOC10–15 yrs in Industrial/Decorative Paint R&D with expertise in formulation, troubleshooting, scale-up and customer support. Exp with BD on new product. OEM/protective coatings knowledge preferred.
