Job Description
Collaboration with marketing to conceptualise New Product ideas and create product/packaging/perfume briefs for design.
Lead product development team and external agencies to create new formats as per the briefs and generate relevant consumer voice on performance. Create marketing stories around the ingredient efficacy and claims.
Create a network of Technology suppliers, Ingredient vendors and 3P manufacturers for the commercial launch of products.
Guide the team to ensure end to end quality approach to deliver the products as per the design and product performance during the product use by consumer.
Ensure the product integrity in terms of stability during the shelf life and relevant regulatory compliance.
Lead the idea generation in the product categories of Nykaa categories through competition surveillance, consumer trends, new ingredients, and local cultures.
Manage formulation costs through product engineering to mitigate the cost overrun
