Role- Reporting & Analytics Analyst

Location- Pune (Hybrid)

Summary

We are looking for an experienced Reporting & Analytics Analyst with strong expertise in Travel & Expense (T&E) reporting, Concur analytics, data analysis, and business intelligence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing detailed spend reports, analyzing expense trends, identifying anomalies, and providing actionable insights to Finance and T&E leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Travel & Expense (T&E) spend reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Analyze spend patterns, trends, compliance metrics, and key performance indicators.
• Perform detailed analysis of expense categories, including DNA spend.
• Extract, validate, and analyze backend data from Concur and related systems.
• Investigate unusual transactions, anomalies, and spending trends.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization, process improvement, and improved spend visibility.
• Monitor aged transactions, unsubmitted expense reports, and other T&E KPIs.
• Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and business insights.
• Translate complex data into clear and actionable recommendations for Finance and T&E leadership.
• Support ad-hoc reporting and analytical requests from business stakeholders.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting outputs.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Required 5+ years of experience in analytical reporting, business analytics, financial reporting, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Concur reporting and Travel & Expense analytics.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting/analytics tools.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and data interpretation skills.
• Experience working with large datasets and identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Excellent problem-solving, logical reasoning, and critical-thinking abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to create and present clear, concise reports to senior/executive stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience creating executive-level reporting
• Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools
