Repair and Maintenance Manager

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Maintenance

• Achieve operational targets with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Ensure timely closure of complaint tickets adhering to TAT.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and attend predictive/breakdown maintenance to ensure 100% uptime.
• Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets.

Team & Vendor Management

• Supervise and coordinate facility staff for efficient operations.
• Manage vendor development and negotiate site-specific contracts.
• Promote collaborative relations with superiors, peers, subordinates, and clients.

Administration & Reporting

• Own day-to-day administration including report generation/MIS for management.
• Ensure adequate supply of consumables and materials for smooth facility operations.
• Contribute to weekly meeting minutes and monthly management reports, updating work progress.

Requirements

• Strong technical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and civil systems.
• Hands-on experience in preventive maintenance planning, vendor management, and team supervision.
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
