Job Title: Reliability Engineer

Location: Bangalore , Chennai , Kochi Dominos /Popeyes India

Role Summary:
Responsible for ensuring reliable electrical maintenance, safety compliance, energy efficiency, and uptime of equipment across Dominos restaurants. The role also focuses on developing a skilled maintenance team and managing spares, vendors, and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure preventive and breakdown electrical maintenance across restaurants
  
• Conduct toolbox talks and monthly technical & safety training for technicians
  
• Drive safety compliance, including electrical and weight & measure licenses
  
• Monitor energy consumption and implement cost-saving initiatives
  
• Manage maintenance spend vs contracts and vendor performance
  
• Ensure availability and control of electrical, bike spares, and consumables
  
• Conduct team performance reviews and control absenteeism & attrition
  

Qualification & Experience:

• Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  
• 2.55 years experience in Retail / QSR / FMCG / Services / Real Estate
