Job Description

The role will report into the General Manager for FR Channel in the Instamart Team.

Responsibilities

• Own & manage the payment to first order/tenth order funnel
• Manage the performance of regional onboarding executives & regional reliability telecallers.
• Ensure 100% lead connectivity & utilization
• Should strategize & carve out initiatives for improving performance of agents
• Should lead & work with cross functional teams to create products for a seamless onboarding experience for delivery partners.

Desired Skills:

• Prior experience in building these channels in e-commerce or other allied industries is a must
• Candidate should have displayed a never settle mindset, moving fast and hustle to get things done
• Stakeholder management skills and win-win mindset
• Worked in dynamic environments and ability to deal with ambiguity
• Managed large scale operation teams
• Analytical and data oriented decision making
