Job Description Release Coordinator

Role: Release Coordinator
Experience: 6–8 Years
Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end release coordination and ensure successful production deployments.
• Create, review, organize, and obtain approvals for Change Requests (CRs).
• Coordinate TDF, PTD, PTO, and Cyber Security processes as part of the release lifecycle.
• Track testing artifacts and ensure all required documentation is attached to Change Requests.
• Present release changes and deployment plans during CAB (Change Advisory Board) meetings.
• Plan, organize, and lead release night activities and deployment bridge calls.
• Conduct release readiness meetings and ensure all release prerequisites are completed.
• Coordinate with Development, QA, Infrastructure, and Business teams for seamless releases.
• Communicate release status to stakeholders and provide timely updates.
• Identify, track, and escalate release-related issues to minimize business impact.
• Ensure compliance with release governance, change management, and organizational standards.

Required Skills

• 6–8 years of experience in Release Coordination or Release Management.
• Strong understanding of Change Management and CAB processes.
• Experience in production release planning and deployment coordination.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and release governance.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• ITIL Foundation Certification is preferred.
