We are looking for an experienced Release Manager to plan, coordinate, and manage software release activities across development and infrastructure teams, implementing CI/CD practices and ensuring on-time delivery.
- Manage, plan, and coordinate software release activities across development and infrastructure teams
- Implement and refine CI/CD pipelines and release management processes using Jenkins or GitLab CI
- Schedule releases, communicate release details, and ensure efficient on-time software delivery
- Identify risks early, handle unexpected delays, and resolve complex deployment issues
- Prepare and maintain thorough documentation of release processes and schedules
Requirements
- 5+ years of release management experience
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Experience with Agile and DevOps practices
- Excellent communication skills for presenting release status to all stakeholder levels
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
