Role & responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Manage weekly release planning and Go/No-Go reviews
- Coordinate Dev, QA, DevOps and Product
- Maintain release calendar and checklists
- Coordinate production deployments and rollbacks
- Track release KPIs and postmortems

Nice to Have
Experience working in SaaS environments.
Experience coordinating production releases.
- Exposure to DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering.
- Knowledge of ITIL Change Management practices.
- Experience with observability platforms such as New Relic, Datadog, or Grafana.
Familiarity with feature flags and progressive deployments.
Basic scripting skills (Python, Bash, or PowerShell).
