Assist clients in making informed financial decisions
Client Onboarding:Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and introduction to products and services
Conduct orientation sessions when necessary
Problem Resolution:Address client inquiries, concerns, or issues in a timely and effective manner
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex problems
Market Insights:Stay updated on financial market trends, economic conditions, and industry developments
Provide clients with relevant market insights and updates
