Job Description: Corporate Agency & Broking (Front Line Sales)
The Front Line Sales Executive Corporate Agency & Broking is responsible for driving life insurance business through assigned corporate agents, brokers, and partner organizations. The role involves developing and managing relationships with corporate partners, generating new business, achieving premium targets, and ensuring product awareness and compliance. The employee supports partners with sales initiatives, joint calls, training, and timely service to ensure sustainable growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities (brief):

• Source life insurance business through corporate agents and broking partners
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partner teams
• Achieve assigned business and revenue targets
• Support partners with product training, joint sales calls, and lead conversion
• Ensure proper documentation, policy issuance, and regulatory compliance
• Provide post-sales support and coordinate for renewals and servicing
