Relationship Manager - Solapur - DD

Role & responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Conversion: Contact provided leads (from corporate databases or website inquiries) and convert them into closed sales.
• Needs Analysis: Assess the customer's financial goals and insurance needs to pitch the most suitable life, health, or retirement products.
• Customer Servicing: Act as the primary point of contact for policyholders, addressing queries and assisting with renewals or claims.
• Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with existing clients for cross-selling and up-selling additional riders or policies.
• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed specific monthly, quarterly, and annual sales volume targets assigned by the company.

CTC - 4 LPA

Location -Nashik/Nagpur

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: Max 1+ years of frontline sales experience, preferably in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance).
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and financial planning skills.
