Locations: Jodhpur, Pali, Udaipur, Bhilwara, Jaipur.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer sourcing for Rooftop Solar Financing
Lead generation and customer relationship management
Credit assessment & field verification
Loan processing, documentation & disbursement
Channel partner/dealer onboarding & relationship management
Coordination with solar installers and business partners
Collections & overdue management
Market development & business expansion
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduation is Mandatory
Minimum 1 year of experience in lending, finance, or sales roles preferred
Experience in solar financing, MSME loans, consumer lending, or secured lending will be an added advantage
Strong local market knowledge and relationship-building skills
Willingness to travel extensively
