Relationship Manager or Sales Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a portfolio of existing clients to ensure timely repayment of loans and maintain relationships with them.
• Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research to expand the client base.
• Process loan applications from MSMEs (Micro Small Medium Enterprises) and provide working capital solutions to meet their financial needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues related to loan disbursement.

Job Requirements :

• 0-4 years of experience in banking or finance industry, preferably in sales or relationship management role.
• Strong understanding of business loan, term loan, and working capital products offered by banks for MSMEs.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers at all levels.
