Relationship Manager -Life Insurance - Chrompet

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a team of insurance agents to achieve sales targets through cross-selling and upselling of life insurance products.
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive business growth.
• Identify new opportunities for bancassurance partnerships with banks, NBFCs, and other financial institutions.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to develop targeted promotional campaigns.

Job Requirements :

• 0-16 years of experience in agency management, banking products (BFSI), direct sales, field sales, gold loan industry or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of insurance products such as life insurance policies and their applications.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets through cross-selling and upselling techniques.
