Relationship Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with existing clients to identify their needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
• Develop new business opportunities through direct channel sales, agency channel, field sales, and life insurance sales.
• Identify potential customers and convert them into paying clients by building strong rapport and trust.
• Meet or exceed monthly targets for policy issuance, premium collection, and customer acquisition.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-5 years of experience in insurance industry (life insurance preferred).
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse groups of people.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
