Relationship Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage relationships with existing clients to identify upsell opportunities and cross-sell relevant products or services.
• Conduct field visits to meet with clients, understand their needs, and provide solutions that meet those needs.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's offerings, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements :

• 1-5 years of experience in BFSI industry (banking, financial services & insurance).
• Strong background in cross sales, field sales, or related fields.
• Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with clients.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
