Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements accurately to provide personalized matchmaking solutions.
• Search, screen, shortlist, and establish contact with potential matches for members.
• Initiate meetings between members and create success stories.
• Maintain and manage a portfolio of customers with regular and robust follow-ups.
• Drive revenue generation through new member acquisition and renewal/retention of existing members.
• Monitor and manage service matrix and quality scores to ensure high standards.
• Maintain and submit weekly and monthly reports on customer interactions, follow-ups, and performance metrics.
