Role & responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with Equitas Bank branch staff to drive insurance sales.
Identify potential customers and provide suitable life insurance solutions based on their needs.
Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Ensure proper documentation and adherence to regulatory guidelines.
Conduct regular training sessions and joint calls with bank employees to increase awareness of Bharti AXA products.
Provide timely after-sales support and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Generate and share daily/weekly MIS reports with the reporting manager.
