Accountability :
- Design And Implement Effective Marketing Strategies To Appoint New POS On Monthly Basis Contact Existing Partners And Create Rapport By Networking, Cold Calling, Using Referrals Etc Completing The Documentation Part. Getting Training And Exam Completed For All POS Attending To POS Queries Training POS On How To Use The Company Portal And The Products Offered. Should Be Able To Activate POS With Atleast 1 Business In The 1st Month Of Joining. Supporting Underwriting / Claims Teams If Required Achieving Monthly Targets As Given By The Company. Frequently Replenish Job-specific Knowledge And Apply It On The Field Fulfill All Company-established Policy Obligations
