Job Description
Licensing & Submissions: Manage applications for manufacturing licenses, product permissions, and renewals via the CDSCO (Sugam) portal.
Compliance Oversight: Ensure all formulations and raw materials adhere to the Drugs and Cosmetics Act and relevant BIS standards.
Technical Documentation: Prepare and maintain Product Information Files (PIF), Dossiers, and stability data reports.
Labeling & Artwork: Review all packaging, claims, and labels to ensure they meet legal standards and are free of misbranded or adulterated risks.
Liaison: Coordinate with state FDA offices and external testing laboratories for product approvals and certifications.
Export Regulatory Support: Assist in providing documentation (MSDS, COA, FSC) required for international registrations in markets like the USA, EU, or UAE.

Education
B.Pharm / M.Pharm or M.Sc. in Chemistry/Cosmetic Technology.
