Hiring: Trainer Learning & Development | Ed-a-Mamma | Mumbai
Are you passionate about training, coaching, and creating exceptional retail experiences? Join Ed-a-Mamma as a Trainer and play a key role in developing high-performing retail teams.
Location: Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct onboarding and refresher training programs for store teams
Deliver training on product knowledge, customer service, grooming, selling skills, and brand storytelling
Support new store openings through readiness and induction training
Identify skill gaps and coach teams to improve sales performance and customer experience
Track training effectiveness, maintain reports, and measure learning impact
Collaborate with Retail Operations, HR, and Visual Merchandising teams to drive business goals
Desired Profile:
3–4 years of training experience in Retail, Hospitality, QSR, or related industries
Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills
Experience with reputed retail brands preferred (Kidswear/Fashion/Lifestyle segments)
Prior retail sales experience will be an added advantage
Ability to engage, influence, and develop frontline teams
