Regional Trainer

We are looking for a dynamic Regional Trainer with 3-4 years of experience to fuel business growth by delivering impactful sales learning experiences across our branch network in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and training, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibility

• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance sales performance and productivity.
• Conduct workshops, seminars, and coaching sessions to upskill and reskill sales teams.
• Create engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online courses.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training objectives with business goals.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to sales teams to ensure continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

• Graduate in a relevant stream with a strong academic record.
• Proven experience in sales training and development, with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to design and deliver effective training programs that meet diverse needs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
