Role & responsibilities
- Provide strategic inputs on the future growth potential and the value proposition of the product and suggest appropriate action plan to meet the future challenges.
- Design and implement action plan to boost product sale performance. Responsible for building and enhancing IOPLs Brand Image amongst customers and ensuring customer satisfaction. Achieving the agreed sales and collection targets by ensuring effective implementation of the market strategy devised by the CBM and the product development team and managing a team effectively
- To ensure achievement of Business plan, Sales and Collection Targets.
- Review market information, competitor information and analyze to prepare a business strategy
- Provide strategic inputs on the future growth prospect in the region
- Design and implement action plan to boost product sale performance across the region
- Execute promotional activities & Strategies as per the regional business plan Coach, guide and enable the sales team members to achieve Sales and Collection targets to handle key customer accounts and direct the team for market penetration with good quality distribution channel partners
- Responsible for P&L (Income statement) management as per budget Provide support and ensure HR policies are communicated and implemented at all levels. Ensure product related training is given at all levels in the regions Strong Analytical Skills
