Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Planning for Sales - Setting monthly/quarterly/yearly plan with his team.
- Sales Volumes & Market share achievement and business expansion in his areas as per the agreed plan.
- Channelising efforts with Financial Institutions like Banks/NBFCs/Govt. bodies etc. to aid the sales efforts through Channel Finance & Retail. Handle critical cases at regional level.
- To keep track of dealer funding and RCT at all the dealerships of the region through his team.
- Make Enquiry review & monitoring mechanisms with TE/TMs Fortnightly in order to target potential customers /areas.
- Measure the effectiveness of the activity planned in the region by TE/TM/SAM, its execution & monitoring, to ensure result orientedness. Also create awareness in market.
- Evaluate the impact of the competition activities in the region, passing on critical information to HQ and share insights.
- Build Brand Equity in the region through Activities, sales Promotions, Advertising etc.
- Identify industry trends for at least 6 months- 1 year and identify the ways, means & mechanisms for growth, sustainability and identification of new opportunities .
- Review TE/TM periodically and ensure their development and increased motivation & commitment towards achieving company goals.
- To ensure that quality and environment policy is well understood, implemented and maintained in his office as well as depots and regional offices.
- To propagate awareness about safety, health and environment among dealers and customers.
- Implementation of TS Procedures of the division
- Equip and guide support team ( RF Exchange, FA, Service etc) to facilitate the sales team.
- Ensure effective coverage of Red/yellow/Green tehsils
- Ensuring implementation of CSF and TE20 projects
- Support New Product Development by Market Intelligence, Surveys, providing market brief and periodic customer feedback.
- Dealer appointments and ensuring adequate coverage in the region.
- Managing dealership health and coordinating the service efforts in his region.
- Identifying the training needs of his subordinates.
