Job Summary:


We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented RBM/Sr. RBM for the Derma, Cosmo Derma, and Aesthetics segment. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, handling team performance, developing market strategies, managing key dermatologist and aesthetic accounts, and expanding the companys presence in the assigned territory.


Role & responsibilities


  • Achieve primary and secondary sales targets for the assigned region/zone.
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales team including ABMs, and Medical Representatives.
  • Develop business strategies for Dermatology, Cosmo Derma, and Aesthetic product portfolios.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market expansion plans.
  • Maintain strong relationships with Dermatologists, Cosmetologists, Plastic Surgeons, and Aesthetic Clinics.
  • Conduct regular field work, joint visits, and market audits.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence.
  • Ensure effective product promotion and scientific communication.
  • Drive prescription generation and brand visibility.
  • Organize CMEs, conferences, doctor meetings, and promotional activities.
  • Review team performance through regular meetings and reporting systems.
  • Ensure implementation of company policies and compliance standards.
  • Coordinate with marketing and supply chain teams for smooth business operations.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong experience in Derma / Cosmo Derma / Aesthetic segment is mandatory.
  • Good network with Dermatologists and Aesthetic Doctors.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and business development abilities.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Experience:


  • 8-12 years of pharmaceutical sales experience
