Location: Chennai / Bangalore / Erode (3 openings)

Reporting To: National Sales Head / Showroom Design Head
Role Summary
The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for driving sales growth and expanding Homworks' premium modular residential interiors business within the assigned region. The role focuses on business development, channel partner management, team leadership, and achieving regional revenue targets while ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Increase market penetration for modular home interior solutions.
- Generate revenue through direct customer acquisition and strategic partnerships.
Channel Development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, civil contractors, and real estate developers.
- Develop a sustainable referral network to generate high-quality leads.
Sales & Pipeline Management
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.
- Conduct customer consultations, showroom presentations, proposal preparation, price negotiations, and order conversion.
- Monitor and maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the regional sales team.
- Set sales targets, monitor performance, and conduct regular coaching sessions.
- Improve team productivity and conversion rates through training.
Cross-functional Coordination
- Work closely with the Design, Manufacturing, and Installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Support smooth handover from sales to project delivery while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Showroom Management
- Maximize showroom walk-ins and customer conversions by delivering an engaging product experience.
Candidate Profile
Experience
- 510+ years in Sales or Business Development.
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing a sales team.
