Job Description
Were looking for a dynamic and results-driven Regional Manager to spearhead our growth across Odisha, West Bengal, Jharkand & Chhattisgarh. This is a high-impact role where youll lead sales of state-of-the-art medical equipment, strengthen customer relationships, and drive revenue in one of the most promising healthcare markets.
Responsibilities:
Territory Ownership: Oversee complete sales operations for West Bengal, Odisha, Bihar, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh & Madhya Pradesh.
Sales Leadership: Drive revenue through the sale of advanced capital medical equipment, including CT, MRI, Cathlab.
Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new opportunities within private hospitals, diagnostic centers, and healthcare institutions. Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong connections with key stakeholders such as hospital management, biomedical heads, and procurement teams.
Contract Management: Handle AMC and CMC agreements—manage renewals, negotiate terms, and upsell services for maximum value.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Area Sales Managers to achieve and exceed performance goals.
Performance Excellence: Consistently meet and surpass sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
Planning & Reporting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts, territory plans, and monthly performance reports.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with service and application teams to ensure timely installations and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Market Intelligence: Track competitor activities and analyze market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Compliance & Collections: Ensure timely payment collection and adherence to company policies.
Experience Required:
Industry Expertise: Minimum 10+ years of proven experience in healthcare or medical equipment sales.
Product Knowledge: Strong background in selling capital medical equipment such as CT, MRI, Cathlab, or similar advanced devices.
Territory Management: Demonstrated success in managing and expanding large territories, with specific experience in West Bengal, Odisha, Bihar, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh & Madhya Pradesh.
Contract Handling: Hands-on experience in managing AMC and CMC portfolios, including renewals and negotiations.

Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
Strategic mindset with a results-driven approach to achieving business goals
Outstanding communication and impactful presentation skills
Language Proficiency: Fluency in English (mandatory); knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
Travel: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
