Job Description
Dr. Reddys Laboratories is inviting applications for the position of Regional Sales Manager (RSM) for the (Division Recura Ginova) (Gastro) segment. The role involves driving sales performance, managing doctor relationships, and achieving business targets within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the assigned territory independently
Drive prescription generation in (Gastro) segment
- Build strong relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Execute brand strategies and promotional activities
- Provide regular market feedback and reports
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: B.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- Experience: 10–20 years
- Mandatory: Experience in the same HQ- Tamil Naidu & Kerala
Therapy Exposure: (Gastro)
Skills Required:
- Strong communication skills
- Proven sales and territory handling capability
- Consistent track record of target achievement
