Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking dynamic sales professionals as a Regional Sales Manager who can manage the retail sales operations for the territory of Jammu & Kashmir and Chhattisgarh.

Jobs Descriptions:-

• Track on daily sales & Set sales target of every store on the basis of last year & current year performance.
• Trained sales staff & provide them full support to achieve the given sales target.
• Managing showroom Manager, sales staff & their performance.
• To provide training to sales staff about sales & also about product to make sure that they could satisfy the customers needed.
• Appoint new sales staff & shuffling of sales staff also as per the requirement or situations.
• Managing losses
• To prepare orders on the basis of the showroom sales & their requirement.
• Stock shuffling & rotation between the showrooms.
• Maintain minimum & maximum level of stock in showrooms as per the sales of the showroom.
• Visit all showrooms once in a week and sort out all their issues whether it is related to store maintenance, housekeeping, electricity or any general problem.
• To make sure while visiting the store that store manager & all sales staff is in proper dress code and properly shaved.
• To check the staff attendance is also a part of job while visiting the showroom.
• Check store expenses once in a month.

Desirable Profie:-

Graduation required.

Must have experience in Retail Apparel Industry

Good communication & presentation skill
