Role & responsibilities: :
To achieve sales targets in generics business product-wise, and value-wise both in primary and secondary sales on
a monthly as well as yearly basis for the assigned region.
2) Maintain customer relationships and engage key stakeholders (, Retailers, Chemist or Stockist)
etc.) of the region through different customer engagement initiatives in line with our
company strategy.
3) Regularly review the performance of the team and region sales and accordingly prepare the
action plan for their improvement.
4) Take initiatives to train and develop the team members basis the gaps identified.
5) Ensure strict implementation of credit policy in the region and control out-standings as per
the company norms.
6) Fill the vacancies (AMs/ MEs/MTs) in the team, within the stipulated time frame as per the
company norms to avoid any sales loss.
7) Facilitate in implementation of company strategies by the team members to ensure
execution excellence.
8) Explain why part first to the team before asking them to execute any task / strategy.
9) Maintain health and hygiene of the business.
10) Provide market intelligence data on market conditions and effectiveness of the promotional
strategy of the companys products as well as that of competitors to the line managers and
the marketing team.
11) Manage the attrition within the team and ensure that the talent is retained
Preferred candidate profile :
Overall, 11-12 Years, Min. 2 years of experience as a Second line manager
