Regional Sales Manager - Equipment Leasing

Job Summary:

• Drive growth in corporate equipment leasing through client acquisition and relationship management to drive business growth in the West Zone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard corporate clients for equipment leasing.
• Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for proposal and documentation.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
• Maintain sales pipeline and performance reports.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of leasing and financial products.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Relationship management with corporate clients.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Postgraduate in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 6 - 8 years of B2B sales experience (preferably in leasing).
